I am showing how I use some rulers to quilt the Scallop Border on Kathleen's Dear Jane Quilt. There are 52 intricate and beautifully pieced Triangle blocks around the perimeter of the Dear Jane quilt. This is how I am quilting some of them. As with the rest of the Dear Jane quilt there is not a great deal of background space, so the way you can quilt the blocks is fairly limited in my opinion.
